At the end of the day, don't we all just want to be happy? Make the journey joyous and make 2023 the year that you focus on YOUR personal happiness.
Here are some tips to spark joy this year:
- Say No. If you're invited out for coffee with somone who steals your energy, say no. Don't go.
- Delegate. We make endless to-do lists, ask for help from family members or friends.
- Pet more dogs (or cats). Animals calm us. Take more time to pet your dog (or cat). If you don't have a petable pet, borrow a friends!
- Write down a list of 10 people that spark joy. When are you going to see them next?
