Relationship Thursday: Your Sleep Position and Your Health

The way you and your partner sleep in your bed can have an impact on your health. Sealy Mattress looked into this and they found some of the benefits and risks.

If you and your partner like to spoon, they found that this position is pretty good for breathing, so it's good for snorers.

If you sleep back to back, though not very intimate, it is actually good for your body, it allows for good support on your body.

How about the sweetheart cradle? This is when one person is lying on their back and the other is cradled on their chest. This position is good for oxytocin release (love hormone), but it isn't great for spinal alignment and puts too much pressure on each body.

Do you sleep with your legs intertwined? This position doesn't allow for enough free movement and you are likely not to feel as rested when you wake up!
