Life Hack Wednesday: How To Plate Your Food To Eat Less

Chinese scientists say they have found a way to help us eat less! They have found that a human being will eat less based on how they plate their food. We are conditioned to eat based on portion size rather than how full we feel. They have discovered if you take your food and cut it up into tiny pieces and scatter about your plate, it will give us the perception that our portion size is bigger! We will eat all the little pieces on our plate that could have filled a quarter of the plate, but instead fill the entire plate.

I guess it's worth a try, huh?
