With "Scandoval" dominating the headlines this week, I thought we should address infidelity for Relationship Thursday today. If you're not familiar, Tom Sandoval and longtime girlfriend, Ariana Maddix from "Vanderpump Rules" broke up last week. Tom dropped his phone, Ariana picked it up and found video that shows Tom had been cheating on her with another co-star, Raquel Leviss.
When it comes to infidelity, is it contagious? A new study says, yes, it is. Here are some signs to look for, a cheater's profile, if you will:
- They have friends and co-workers who think it's ok to cheat
- Their parents had affairs
- They have a low moral code (duh)
- They work in a high drama job (ummm.... radio?)
- They are going through an emotional crisis or challenging time in life
- They abuse alcohol or recreational drugs
- They're good looking
- They travel a lot for work
