I truly feel in our lifetime, we will see a four day work week become the norm. They are already studing a four day work week in the UK. The University of Cambridge studied 61 companies that allowed employees a four day work week for 8 months. They found that employees had a 71% reduction in burnout. 39% of employees felt less stressed and there was even a 65% decrease in amount of sick days taken.
After the study, 56 of the 61 participating companies decided to stick with a four day work week. What do you think? Would you be overhwelmed trying to get everything in with just four days, or would you work harder to welcome a longer weekend?
